Full Childcare provides childcare marketing, website, and business workflow services. This policy explains how we handle personal information and Google user data when an account holder chooses to authorize a Google account for a requested business function.

Google account and Gmail access

Access to a Google account occurs only after the account holder or an authorized business representative has completed Google's authorization process. For authorized business email and workflow automation, we may access Gmail data such as message content, headers, addresses, and attachments only to the extent needed to provide the authorized functionality.

We use Google user data only to provide, maintain, and support the functionality the account holder authorized. We do not use Google user data for advertising profiles, and we do not sell Google user data.

Storage, retention, and sharing

We limit collection and storage to information reasonably needed to operate the authorized service, maintain secure workflow records, resolve support requests, and meet applicable legal obligations. Access is restricted to people and systems that need it for those purposes. Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the authorized service, operational records, or legal requirements.

We may share information with service providers only when necessary to operate the authorized service, or when required by law. We do not sell Google user data or share it for unrelated advertising or marketing purposes.

Google API Services User Data Policy

Full Childcare's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Your choices and contact
